X-Country 2016-2017: No Time Outs, No Half-time, No Substitutions,
No Whistles…..Just Lots of Cow Bell!!!!
The 2016 Cross Country Season at CVR can be summed up by one word, finished.
CVR proudly hosted the SSIAA Championships, we brought home 4 out of 6 banners and our very own Brian ‘Flyin’ Sproule, qualified for the elusive Provincial Championships.
