CVR’s Student Leadership is a group dedicated to nurturing leadership, responsibility and awareness within the school. The students involved work hard to ensure that the school experience includes more than just studying as they organize fundraising campaigns, plan school spirit activities and host mini- WE DAYS.

Year Book Committee
More than a collection of photographs, a yearbook chronicles the story of the academic year. The CVR Yearbook Committee endeavors to produce a yearbook which captures and reflects CVR's community, traditions, achievements, and spirit. The committee is comprised of dedicated students and staff with strong interests in photography, graphic design and journalism.

Tech Crew

TECH CREW is a group of students from grade 7 – 11 who are committed to learning about and mastering their audio-visual and computer skills. This group runs the light and sound of most of CVR’s shows and dances. Visit the Tech Crew site |
Anti-Bullying Committee
The Anti-Bullying Anti-Violence committee was introduced to CVR as part of a school-wide approach to deal with bullying behavior. ABAV's main priority is to educate people and eliminate bullying. If you or a friend has been bullied, or you just want to learn more about preventing bullying, please contact an ABAV member.

CVR Pride
CVR Pride is a student-led committee that was created to fight against homophobia, biphobia, and transphobia and create a more open and accepting environment at CVR. CVR Pride is a place for students to gather and be themselves. If you would like to join CVR Pride or have any questions, please feel free to contact a member or supervisor.
The Governing Board
The Governing Board is a committee that brings together parents, school staff, senior high school students and community members. This team works towards making decisions that benefit CVR's community. There are two student representatives on this committee. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact them.

NFSB Student Coalition
STUDENT COALITION is the political and democratic voice of the student body. The Coalition takes action on behalf of students based on their needs. Each year we enact a project to help better school life at CVR. Two grade 11 students sit on CVR’s Governing Board as voting members.
